Payment & Prices:
DIY:
The fee for this document is $600.00 if hard copy is chosen and $550.00 for PDF version
If payment is returned NSF, we will charge the client a $50.00 processing fee.
Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will result in a interest rate of 10% per annum as of the 16th day post invoice.
Steps & Stages:
We will give you a quote based on the services chosen, we will honour that quote unless the following occurs:

Client decides to purchase additional services after the original quoteIf the client has chosen the DIY option first, we will deduct that cost from the quote.
If the client has chosen every option under the Steps & Stages Option, we will discount the overall price by 10%.
A 30% deposit must be received and cleared prior to the work commencing.

The Business Checkup:
This package can start from $300.00 and up. If additional services are required post the delivery of the prospectusr.
Prior to the delivery of the prospectus, a 30% deposit must be received and cleared.

Additional Services:
We will be able to provide you with a quote and will honour that quote unless the following occurs:

- Client choses additional services outside of the scope of the original contract

Privacy Policy: We will not use your corporate and/or personal information for any purpose, other than analysis of your business. All business ideas will be kept confidential. We also will not share or sell your information to any other party, unless your express written permission is given. We take every precaution, to protect your information and privacy, through separate data storage, firewalls and virus protection. We store all your personal data on a separate source, in order to protect you further. If for any reason your privacy is breached, we will inform you immediately.
Corporate Ethics:
We will do our best to use Canadian resources.
For any Not for Profit, Charity or Cause Business, we will discount our price by 10%.
We will not work with any business in the following areas:

Use of Information Provided by KHC
The information received by the client, it to be used at the sole discretion of the client. We strongly suggest that the client, also consult an Attorney, Accountant and/or Business Insurance Agent or Financial Advisor to receive express legal and financial advice. We do not take responsibility for the business model function or it’s performance.
